Swim team gets 2nd win

The Rockland girls swim team overcame Pembroke by two points and got their second win of the season. Coach Margolis said that there were many best times for swimmers. Sarah Margolis just missed qualifying for sectionals by .06 in the 100 breaststroke.

The girls lost in a close contest with Hanover in the tri-meet held at the Percy Walker Pool in Duxbury. The score against Hanover was 52 to 44. Rockland’s Sarah Margolis won the 200 freestyle and 100 breaststroke while Leah DeCecco took the 100 butterfly and Lilly Margolis won the 100 backstroke.
